Opening Times

The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, we do close the telephone lines for lunch from 1-2pm but the surgery doors remain open. You can speak to a member of reception at the surgery or by telephone during these times.

In addition to our normal hours, we also operate an evening surgery each week. This is usually on a Monday, as the days can change the reception team will be happy to let you know when these are. Appointments must be pre-booked and are available from 18:30.

When We Are Closed

For urgent medical attention outside of normal surgery hours please call 111. The service is free from both landlines and mobiles and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service is staffed by a team of trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses. They will assess your symptoms and give you advice or direct you to the local service that can help you best.

Typetalk or Textphone

If you have difficulties communicating or hearing you can use the NHS 111 service through a textphone by calling 18001 111.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
